How will I know if the materials are suitable for my students?All materials are rated by the National Association for Music Education Guitar Council's list of Best Practices. For example, if you select materials from Year 2, Quarter 2, these materials meet the skill requirements as defined by the NAfME Guitar Council. In addition, each publication has a description sheet providing information like the highest note, tempo, key, and most complex rhythms. Additionally, a sample page of the score is often included.

How are the publications shipped?All publications are delivered as PDF files and sent electronically to your email. They are ideal for projecting on a Smart Board in the classroom, perfect for storing on your computer for instant printing, and great for downloading on a tablet or phone.

Is it legal to make copies of the purchased publications?Yes. When purchasing any publication, you will enter a publication agreement to be able to make as many copies as needed for your classroom, as long as you own the file. You may not trade or sell files. Under no circumstances may you post these files on the internet or share them on social media. This includes school websites as well.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
